2. B2B Wholesale Model & Order Thresholds

CRAZYKUDI is a B2B wholesale jewellery supplier for retailers, boutiques, and online sellers. There is No MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), but a strict Minimum Order Value (MOV) of ₹1,500 applies. 100% authentic GST tax invoices are issued for all orders.

3. Payments & Gateway Processing

All orders are prepaid via authorized, RBI-compliant payment gateways supporting UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking. Orders are scheduled for packing upon confirmed payment realization.

5. Unserviceable Pincodes & Out of Stock Refunds

If we are unable to ship an order due to an unserviceable destination pincode, courier operational restrictions, or unexpected stock depletion, CRAZYKUDI will notify the customer and process a 100% full refund to the original payment source within 2 to 3 business days.

6. Jurisdiction & Disputes

All transactions, agreements, and disputes arising out of the use of CRAZYKUDI services are strictly subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Barrackpore, West Bengal, India.
