Shipping Policy

1. Pan-India Delivery Coverage

CRAZYKUDI provides national surface and air shipping across India through verified courier networks. Orders are packed and dispatched from our Kolkata hub within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Typical transit time is 5 to 7 business days.

2. Transparent Weight-Based Shipping Rates

To provide honest factory-direct wholesale pricing, shipping charges are calculated automatically based on parcel weight:

• Weight Estimate: 1 unit item is standardized at 10 grams weight.
• Ceiling Slabs: Courier charges apply on the next full kilogram slab (e.g., 1.42 kg is billed as 2 kg).
• Courier Rate: ₹90 per kg across India.
• Minimum Shipping: ₹150 minimum docket charge per order.

3. Unserviceable Pincodes & Order Cancellation

If our logistics partners cannot service your pincode or if unexpected courier embargos occur, CRAZYKUDI will notify you immediately and process a 100% full refund to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days.

4. Tracking & CCTV Packing

Every parcel is securely packaged and sealed under high-definition CCTV surveillance. Real-time courier tracking numbers are sent via WhatsApp and updated on your account dashboard upon courier handover.

5. Shipping Disputes & Opening Video

In line with our dispatch policy, an unedited 360-degree unboxing video from the sealed box state is required for any transit dispute. For assistance, raise a ticket at Help & Support or contact crazykudihq@gmail.com.
