Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Returns on Wholesale Goods

CRAZYKUDI operates exclusively as a B2B factory-direct supplier at bottom wholesale prices. Every item is individually checked for craftsmanship and securely packed under CCTV recording before courier handover. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges once goods are sold and dispatched.

2. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video for Claims

In the rare event of a missing or incorrect item, an unedited, continuous 360-degree unboxing video is strictly mandatory:

• The video must clearly show the original shipping label, tracking barcode, and all outer seals intact before opening.
• The parcel opening must be fully captured in one single take without pauses, cuts, or edits.
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Notice: We are not responsible for courier rough handling or damages occurring once goods leave our premises.

3. Unshippable Orders & Full Refund Policy

If for any reason CRAZYKUDI is unable to ship or fulfill an order (due to an unserviceable destination pincode, sudden stock depletion, or courier restrictions), our accounts team will:

• Notify the customer via registered WhatsApp and email.
• Initiate a 100% full refund immediately.
• The refund will be credited to the customer's original payment method within 2 to 3 business days.

4. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel an order directly from their account dashboard only while the order status is in PENDING review. Once packing starts or courier allocation has been finalized, cancellation cannot be processed.
