Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

Process

To initiate a return, please open a support ticket with your order details. We will arrange a pickup and process the refund once the item is received.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the item and place a new order. This ensures faster processing.
