Cancellation and Refund Policy

At CrazyKudi, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us at info.crazykudi@gmail.com with your order number.
  • After Dispatch:
    Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may choose to reject the delivery or initiate a return after receiving it.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Certain personal care, beauty, or hygiene products are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons.

Note: Products on sale or discounted during special offers may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share photos of the product and packaging via email for verification.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund after inspection.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Product is used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.
  • Return is initiated after the 7-day window.
  • Product is from a non-returnable category.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return/Refund
  • Product photos (in case of damage)
